Arabic Coffee

A dark roast of Arabic coffee that is commonly found in the Levant region of the Middle East such as Lebanon. Similar to Turkish/Greek coffee with a slight difference in preparation method. This dark roast of Arabic coffee blends extremely well with a light touch of spices such as cardamom, cloves, and/or saffron. Often served in a small delicate cup called a finjan similar to espresso or demitasse cups. Some folks like to down it black, and others add a bit of sugar to it. Either way, if you are a coffeholic, this is a MUST TRY but be warned, it is one of the strongest coffees you'll ever have.
